Course description

This improved and up-dated Care Planning Level 2 course provides training on how to agree, arrange and manage the activities and services required to enable a person to live at home or to move into a residential or nursing home.

If you are an experienced health care worker or new to the sector caring for clients or patients this Care Planning course will be beneficial for you.

The course aims to promote nursing and care theory, the need for care planning and covers key aspects of theory applied to practice. During the course students will cover risk assessment, planning, implementation, the legal aspects of record keeping, computer based care planning etc.
