Qualification summary

The EDI Level 3 Diploma in Employment Related Services (QCF) course is designed to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of practitioners working within the employment related services sector. It is also a component qualification for the Advanced Apprenticeship in Employment Related Services.

By addressing skills gaps and employment related service requirements, it will support practitioners towards the provision of high performing, professional services to progress customers into long term sustained employment.

Qualification structure

To achieve the EDI Level 3 Diploma in Employment Related Services learners must achieve a minimum of 37 credits.

The learner must achieve 20 credits from the mandatory unit group and a further minimum of 17 credits from the optional unit group.

QCF

This qualification is accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and has a credit value of 37.

Support

Full support offered following initial induction and development of personal study plan with an assigned / dedicated tutor. Unlimited telephone, email, SKYPE and SOS support.

Assessment

These courses are assessed using evidence from the workplace. This could include observation, professional discussion, questioning / interviews / witness testimonies, reflective accounts or physical products of work (such as plans, reports, correspondence etc.) or other methods allowed within the QCF. Please note that simulation is not allowed.
