Course description

The Management Certificate Level 3 QCF has been accredited by the qualifications regulators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and is part of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).

This qualification provides learners with the knowledge they need to work in a Management role.

The learner will complete a portfolio of evidence by successfully completing all of the activities at the end of each unit.

This portfolio will be assessed by an assessor, and, provided that each of the learning outcomes have been met, the learner will receive a certificate of achievement from the awarding organisation NCFE.

One of the benefits of the QCF is that that learners can transfer credit from one qualification to another. Learners who have already achieved one or more of the units included in this qualification elsewhere can transfer the credit already achieved.

The learner needs to complete the 2 mandatory units and 2 of the optional units as below:

11. Coaching skills in team leading and management
12. Environmental and ethical issues in management
13. Managing physical resources

Previous knowledge

No prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this course.

Assessment

Completing an evidence based portfolio of assessments.

Support

You will receive the course manual, assignments, study guide or on-line password and access to learning resources depending on the type of course you start i.e paper based or on-line. Full tutor support by mail, email and on-line via our partner organisation depending on your chosen study route. Their student support team are also available for any other queries that you may have whilst completing your course. You can be assured that 12 months unlimited support will be available during your studies. There will be no need to struggle or feel isolated during your studies.

Start times

You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with full tutor support.
