Introduction
This CMI qualification at Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) Level 8 allows learners to demonstrate practices, skills and competencies that are rated in academic terms as being comparable to Doctoral Degrees and Vocational Qualifications at Level 8.
The qualification has been developed in consultation with employers and other key stakeholders and is designed for managers who have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance. The qualification requires managers to build on their strategic management skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing organisation’s strategy at CEO and senior management level.
Course entry requirements
Typically, all learners must have achieved a Level 7 or equivalent qualification and must hold / have held a recognised position at senior management level for a minimum of 3 years.
