Qualification summary

The EDI Level 3 Certificate in Employment Related Services (QCF) course is designed to meet the underpinning knowledge and understanding requirements of individuals working within the employment related services sector, to include meeting and exceeding the service level needs of customers.

It will support learners to comply with legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements relating to the sector and to assess and progress their own personal development against performance requirements. It is also an ideal stepping stone for those considering completing the Level 3 Diploma in Employment Related Services or the Advanced Apprenticeship in Employment Related Services.

Qualification structure

To achieve the EDI Level 3 Certificate in Employment Related Services (QCF), learners must achieve 20 credits.

The learner must complete the following units:

Understanding the Employment Related Services Sector
Providing Excellent Customer Service
Manage Own Professional Development within an Organisation
Ensure Compliance with Legal Regulatory, Ethical and Social Requirements

QCF

This qualification is accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and has a credit value of 20.

Support

Full support offered following initial induction and development of personal study plan with an assigned / dedicated tutor. Unlimited telephone, email, SKYPE and SOS support.

Assessment

These courses are assessed using evidence from the workplace. This could include observation, professional discussion, questioning / interviews / witness testimonies, reflective accounts or physical products of work (such as plans, reports, correspondence etc.) or other methods allowed within the QCF. Please note that simulation is not allowed.
