cause of safeguarding alerts.

This qualification will provide you with a thorough understanding of the importance of dignity and safeguarding, which could help reduce these shocking statistics.
This qualification is ideal for anyone hoping to work in the adult health and social care sector. People should enrol on this course if they wish to learn how to identify safeguarding issues, and uphold excellent standards of care provision for vulnerable adults.
Course content
This course is split into four manageable units, covering topics such as:
Understanding safeguarding in adult health and social care
Principles of dignity in adult health and social care practices
Understanding duty of care in adult health and social care
Understanding dilemmas and public concerns in adult health and social care
Assessment
Completion of a series of online assessments and activities marked by your assigned tutor. Full support offered.
Support
You will receive an online password and access to learning resources required for your chosen course. In addition, unlimited full email, telephone access to an experienced dedicated personal tutors.
Start times
You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with full tutor support.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the assessments, learners will be awarded the NCFE Level 2 in Dignity and Safeguarding in Adult Health and Social Care.
